for something simple or show-stopping, we're here to collaborate on your perfect costume. Let's bring your
vision to life—email us today to get started!
Production Timeframes
Custom orders take 3-8 weeks, depending on complexity and our current production schedule. We do not
offer rush services on custom orders, so please plan accordingly.
- Simple Designs: 3-4 weeks
- Moderate Complexity: 4-6 weeks
- Highly Complex Designs: 6-8 week
We strongly recommend placing orders well in advance of any performances or competitions to ensure a timely delivery.
How to Place a Custom Order
- Minimum Quantity: 3 pieces per order
- Description: Let us know what you're envisioning
- Images/Sketches: Strongly preferred for accuracy
- Specific Lengths/Widths: If applicable
- Fabric(s) & Color(s): Choose from our collection, send us fabric, or inquire about sourcing other options.
- Quantity & Sizing: We can assist with sizing if measurements are provided
- Need-By Date: The latest date you must have your order in hand
Once we receive your request, we will review the details and follow up with any questions. If everything is clear, we will provide a quote for your custom order.
Moving Forward with Your Order
Once you approve the quote, we will:
- Set up an account for you if you don't already have one.
- Draft an invoice & itemized invoice, please note shipping is determined at the time of shipping.
- Fill out a Custom Order Form for you, with all custom order details.
- Email you the Invoice, Itemized Invoice, Custom Order Form, and Custom Order Contract (both required),
- along with payment options.
To begin production, you must:
- Review & confirm the details in the Custom Order Form.
- Sign & return the Custom Order Contract.
- Submit payment in full.
What We Do & Don't Offer
We specialize in creating costume bases and do not provide embellishments such as rhinestoning, appliqués, or fringe.
Additionally, we do not make finger gloves. However, we do make some exceptions for buttons, Velcro, and zippers
upon request.
